GQ Korea has chosen EXO’s Kyungsoo as one of “50 New Gentleman” in its latest magazine issue.
GQ has been keeping an eye out on Kyungsoo ever since his performance in both SBS’s “It’s Okay, That’s Love” and his movie “Cart“.
They also wrote a whole bio for him, praising him for his charming looks, mature personality, and his potential future.
Check out what they wrote below:
D.O – Born in 1993, debuted in 2012 as a member of EXO. He began his acting career through last year’s SBS drama “It’s Okay, That’s Love” and his movie “Cart”.
“D.O’s charm begins from his appearance. Among peers with sharp angled jawlines, D.O’s face is considered rather round. He has thick eyebrows and non-oppressive, guileless gaze, unplayful movements.
If we just end here, D.O is considered simply a charming youth. But the D.O now is more than just that. Under his calm, clean, and unpretentious outer appearance contains a mature, serious character growing to become an irreplaceable actor, gaining his own place.
Just from these productions, “It’s Okay That’s Love” and “Cart”, one simply can’t use his words “It’s only because the production is good” and “the role itself is great” to easily dismiss the tangible presence he’s shown in them.
When the next production comes out, his steps will definitely seize speed and move forward.
It isn’t the first time that D.O got praised by GQ Magazine though. Back in 2013, the features editor of GQ praised D.O for his “cute height”, narrow shoulders, and powerful voice.
D.O is just getting love from all around and netizens/fans are anticipating his next production as an idol.
