After extending EXO’s BWCW pop-up shop for another month, SM Entertainment has now decided to keep the store’s doors open until February 2014!
At this point, they might as well just keep this store permanent. Thanks to the power of EXO’s fanbase, as well as EXO’s increasing popularity, this store should continue to be a huge money-maker for SM Entertainment.
The store sees a huge amount of traffic on a daily basis, with some days there even being a line to get inside.
It’s clear that EXO has become one of the top Kpop groups of 2013, and that they’re a force to be reckoned with. BWCW will probably see an explosive growth in revenue once EXO releases their upcoming album.
I wonder if SM Entertainment will continue keep up the “Wolf” theme of the store, or if at some point renovate the store a little.
Whatever SM Entertainment has planned, I’m glad that Boy Who Cried Wolf is staying open for at least another 4 months! I’m sure EXO is happy about this too. This may be the longest time SM Entertainment has kept one of its pop-up shops opened.
We should also be seeing some new merchandise hitting the store’s shelves soon.
